Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to customs, weather, or seasonal volume.

Holiday Shipping

Holiday delivery is not guaranteed. We recommend ordering early and choosing Express shipping where possible. Estimated holiday cutoffs will be displayed on our website during December.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and selected service. Orders may qualify for free shipping if a promotion is active.

Customs & Duties

Canada: No duties for Canadian customers.

USA: Most items ship domestically from U.S. fulfilment partners and generally do not incur duties.

In the rare case of cross-border routing, any applicable duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, delivery is outside our control. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot cancel or modify an order.
