Where We Ship
We ship to Canada and the United States.
- Canada: Orders are printed and shipped from our Toronto production facility.
- United States: Orders are printed and fulfilled by our U.S. print partners to ensure faster delivery and lower customs delays.
Processing Times
All orders are made-to-order. Typical processing times:
- Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies): 2–5 business days
- Mugs / Drinkware: 2–4 business days
- Accessories / Other Items: 2–5 business days
Processing time may be longer during peak holiday periods.
Estimated Delivery Times
Canada
Shipped from Toronto.
- Standard: 2–7 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
USA
Fulfilled by U.S. print partners.
- Standard: 3–8 business days
- Express (where available): 2–4 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to customs, weather, or seasonal volume.
Holiday Shipping
Holiday delivery is not guaranteed. We recommend ordering early and choosing Express shipping where possible. Estimated holiday cutoffs will be displayed on our website during December.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.
If you did not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@printpairs.com.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and selected service. Orders may qualify for free shipping if a promotion is active.
Customs & Duties
Canada: No duties for Canadian customers.
USA: Most items ship domestically from U.S. fulfilment partners and generally do not incur duties.
In the rare case of cross-border routing, any applicable duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, delivery is outside our control. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:
- Confirm the shipping address is correct
- Check with neighbors or building staff
- Contact the shipping carrier

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Buyer error
However, if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
Email contact@printpairs.com within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will replace the item at no cost to you
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot cancel or modify an order.
Returns for Refund
We only accept returns for approved cases of:
- Manufacturer defects
- Incorrect items
- Significant print errors
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return (if required) is received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Final sale promotions
Wrong Address Policy
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
We can re-ship the order after the customer pays for new shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
