🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
- Email us at contact@printpairs.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the issue
We will replace the item at no cost to you.

- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
📬 Wrong Address
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:
- The carrier may return the package
- We can re-ship the order once the customer pays the re-shipping fee
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
⏳ Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After production starts, we cannot cancel or modify your order.
