Because all our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer error

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is any issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  1. Email us at contact@printpairs.com  within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom items
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

📬 Wrong Address

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The carrier may return the package
  • We can re-ship the order once the customer pays the re-shipping fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

⏳ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After production starts, we cannot cancel or modify your order.
